There are no sections called Help Others,
yet the science is clear that it is helping others that
gives us the most satisfaction and productivity.

Mechanics

One thing I do when stuck, stuck on a thought, project, paper etc. is look at "The mechanics of the mind"

Being a person of both habit and training my mind works like a clock. I find looking at what really makes me tick I can adjust thoughts and actions
