Over heard in a class I'm taking, "You can't catch the good things"
An example used was in an elevator, there's bound to be someone with a cold or flu and if not careful you can catch that.

I don't agree that some one (YOU) can't catch an affirmation.

When I see someone smile, I smile.  When I see someone doing good I'm reminded I can do good things too.

Simply smile and see who catches it
