"On the Seventh Day..."

Rest: in a busy world with work, recreation, family etc I find it's good for my body & mind to rest.

Nothing is so important that a person can't find time to slow down and just enjoy or even reflect on life

One thing I wont rest for is helping others this November

I'm riding by bicycle from Miami to Key West to raise money for agencies that help people with HIV/AIDS
