Approval

I don't recall when or where I first heard this but it fits me to the 'T'

"What you think of me is none of my business"

Let that sink in for  a moment if you've never heard it before.

In my past I let how I looked, what I wore, where I went get dictated by others  much like my childhood

Not sure when it hit me but it's MY LIFE, MY CHOICES & my own happiness.

You are not in need of an FDA "Seal of Approval"  though I look for that AAA label for my car, thats it
